What Is Freemasonry?

Freemasonry, the world’s oldest and most respected fraternal organization, traces its origins to the skilled stonemasons of the Middle Ages, whose craftsmanship helped build many of history’s most remarkable cathedrals, castles, and monuments. Over the centuries, it evolved from a guild of working craftsmen into a global fraternity dedicated to personal growth, moral integrity, charitable service, and the pursuit of knowledge
